Alyssa Grant cultivated a strong foundation in algorithmic design and distributed computing at Carnegie Mellon University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering in 2014. This rigorous academic background continues to inform the uncompromising standards Alyssa Grant applies to infrastructure development today.

Prior to stepping into the role of Chief Technology Officer at Vertex Cloud OS in 2021, Alyssa Grant served as a Principal Engineer at DevOps Inc. from 2018 to 2021, and as Lead Backend Engineer at StartupX from 2015 to 2018. Throughout this distinguished career, Alyssa Grant has consistently led engineering teams to build robust, highly available distributed systems capable of handling massive global scale.
